At the first appointment you will need a valid ID and health insurance card.

In case of cancellation or shift, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, costs will be charged.

The compulsory deductible only applies to the basic package, but not to the care that is reimbursed under the supplementary insurance, such as acupuncture. As a result, the acupuncture consultations are fully or partially reimbursed by most insurers from the additional health insurance. More information about the reimbursement can be found in your policy conditions or by contacting your health insurer.
